1. The matter comes up on application No.1520/2024 filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963, seeking condonation of delay in filing of the present restoration application.

2. Considering the submissions made and reasons mentioned in the delay condonation application, the same is allowed and consequently, delay in filing the present restoration application is condoned.

3. The present restoration application has been filed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 02.02.2024 resulting into passing of the consequential order dated 20.04.2024.

4. Considering the submission made and for the reasons mentioned in the present restoration application, the present restoration application is allowed and as a consequence thereto, S.B. Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.6215/2017 is restored to its original number.
