The present contempt petition has been filed challenging the willful disobedience of the order dated 09.04.2026 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5981/2026, wherein following order was passed:-

"In view thereof, learned counsel prayed that as per the Government Policy, Government servants cannot be transferred where the remaining period of service is less than two years.

Considering the age of superannuation of the petitioner, this Court deems it just and proper to stay the effect and operation of the impugned transfer order dated 22.09.2025 qua the petitioner. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not be disturbed till his superannuation."

Learned AAG submits that in compliance of the order dated 09.04.2026, the respondent-Department has issued an office order dated 23.06.2026 and the petitioner has been allowed to continue his duties at Government Senior Secondary School, Borina Chechat, Khairabad, District Kota, therefore, due compliance has already been made and the petition is liable to be disposed of.

In that view of the matter, the present petition is disposed of.

Notices of contempt, if any, stand discharged.
