1. Mr. Abhishek Sharma, learned counsel for respondents submits that against the order dated 11.12.2018 passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.3220/2017, non-compliance of which has been alleged in the present contempt petition, a D.B. Special
Appeal Writ No.949/2019 titled as State of Rajasthan & Ors.

Versus Madan Lal Sharma & Ors., was filed by the respondent - State, which came to be dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.10.2023, of which review was sought by the State by filing D.B. Civil Review Petition No.100/2024, which came to be disposed of vide order dated 19.10.2024, whereby, the directions issued by the learned Single Judge were modified.
2. Learned counsel further submits that thereafter, on account of non-compliance of the order dated 19.10.2024 passed by the Division Bench of this Court, a contempt petition being D.B. Civil Contempt Petition No.506/2025 was filed by the petitioner - Madan Lal Sharma before the Division Bench of this Court, which came to be disposed of vide order dated 18.08.2026 and thus, in view of the same, the present contempt petition does not survive any more.
3. The factum of challenge made by the respondent - State and the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. Taking note of the above submissions and the order dated 18.08.2026 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in D.B. Civil Contempt Petition No.506/2025, whereby contempt petition has been disposed of after holding that substantial compliance has been made by the respondents, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the present contempt petition.
5. Consequently, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
