Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance of order passed by this Court, after following the procedure, fresh order has been passed, hence, no contempt is made out.

Learned counsel for the petitioners although admits that order has been passed, yet has raised objection with regard to procedure followed by the respondents while passing the fresh orders.

In the light of above, where, in compliance of order passed by this Court, fresh orders have been passed by the respondents, no case for deliberate and willful non-compliance is made out. Hence, the contempt petitions are dismissed.

Notices stand discharged.

However, dismissal of these contempt petitions would not prejudice rights of the petitioners to challenge the fresh orders and they would be at liberty to do so.
