the order dated 18.04.2017 passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court, whereas in the present case, the respondent-writ petitioner’s weight found to be 47.4 kgs instead of 47.5 kgs, was the issue, which resulted in rejection of her candidature. Learned counsel, therefore, submits that the order passed in the case of other candidates could not have been relied upon by this Court.
30.09.2021. The review petition is, therefore, dismissed.
