I have heard learned counsel for the review petitioners.
Learned counsel submits that acquittal was not a clean acquittal. However, upon perusal of the judgment passed by the trial court which held the respondent honorably acquitted, no case is made out for review of the order dt.14.9.2020.
The review petition stands dismissed.
