The instant civil misc. restoration application under Rajasthan High Court Rules has been preferred for restoration of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10974/2024, which was dismissed vide order dated 28.01.2025 on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 13.08.2024 passed by this Court.

Having considered the grounds mentioned in the application and in the interest of justice, the same is allowed and the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.10974/2024 is ordered to be restored to its original number subject to payment of cost of Rs.20,000/-
