The orders dated 21.11.2023 passed by this Court and dated 18.01.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judl.) are recalled. The SB Civil Writ Petition No.7919/2023 shall stand restored to its original number provided the order dated 21.11.2023 passed therein is complied with and the aforesaid cost is deposited by the applicant/petitioner with the Litigants Welfare Fund within a period of four weeks from today failing which this order shall stand
