Civil Writ Petition No.4994/1998 shall stand restored to its original number provided the aforesaid cost is deposited by the applicant/petitioner with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority, Jaipur within a period of four weeks from today failing which this order shall stand recalled and the restoration application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court.
