This miscellaneous application has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.04.2024 passed by this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition No.19199/2013 to the extent of adding “with liberty to file fresh writ petition”.
A perusal of the order dated 22.04.2024 reflects that the writ petition was dismissed as withdrawn as the learned counsel had instructions to avail the appropriate remedy available under the law for redressal of grievance(s).
No case is made out for modification of such order by way of the instant miscellaneous application.
In view thereof, this writ miscellaneous application is dismissed.
