The present misc. application has been submitted for extension of time for submitting an application before the respondents pursuant to the order dated 06.05.2025 passed by this Court.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 2591/2025 was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2025 granting liberty to the petitioner to file application seeking permission for establishing Para Medical

College for conducting the DMLT, DRT, DOT, DEEGT, DOTT, DECGT and DETT courses. Counsel submits that three weeks time was granted to the petitioner for filing the aforesaid application but the said application could not be submitted due to unavoidable circumstances, therefore some more time be granted to the petitioner to file the same.

The present misc. application stands allowed and two weeks further is granted to the petitioner for filing the aforesaid application. In case, such application is submitted by the petitioner within the above stipulated time, it is expected from the respondents to consider and decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of three months.
