Matter comes up on an application (IA No.290/2024) seeking modification/clarification of the correct name of the petitioner in the order dated 24.07.2024 passed by this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.14119/2023 submitted by the petitioner.

Counsel submits that the correct name of the petitioner is 'Prakash Gupta' but at the time of filing of the writ petition, the same was typed as 'Prakash Chandra Gupta' on the basis of his Aadhar Card. Counsel submits that in the service record of the petitioner his name is mentioned as Prakash Gupta. Hence appropriate correction be made in the order 24.07.2024. Counsel

further submits that amended cause title in this regard has already been submitted and he undertakes to file amended cause title in the original writ petition during the course of the day.

It is ordered that name of the petitioner be read as “Prakash Gupta” in place of “Prakash Chandra Gupta” in the order dated 24.07.2024 passed by this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 14119/2023.

This order shall be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 24.07.2024 passed by this Court.
