This application has been filed for recalling order dated 24.11.2016 passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 16315/2016 whereby innocuous directions for considering the application of the petitioner were given.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in the meanwhile, the directions have been complied with and final order have also been filed. There is no case for recalling the order dated 24.11.2016 and the application filed by the applicant is hereby dismissed.
