The issue was with regard to the validity of qualification awarded by the Rama College of Education, 224, Arya Nagar, Suraj Kund Road, Meerut (U.P.). The said Rama College of Education has been found to be duly recognized by the NCTE and also by the concerned SCERT, Lucknow i.e. State Board.

We also noticed that the present appeal has been filed after time barred by 331 days. On an opinion of State Level Standing Committee dated 16.04.2025, no other reasons are coming forward for decision to be taken after almost one year on merits as well as on limitation. We, therefore, dismiss the appeal accordingly.
