“Mr. R.B. Sharma Ganthola, learned counsel enters appearance and takes notice on behalf of the respondents in D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No. 501/2025, 503/2025, 510/2025, 514/2025 and 516/2025. Copy of memo of aforesaid appeals be supplied to learned counsel for the respondents within three days. Notice be issued to respondents in rest of the appeals on payment of P.F. within one week, returnable within three weeks. In the meanwhile, taking into consideration the order passed by this Court on 01.04.2025 in the appeals arising out of common order in D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No. 203/2025, Rajasthan (6 of 6) [SAW-501/2025] State Road Transport Corporation Vs. Suryabhan Singh Shaktawat, the operation of the impugned order to the extent of direction insofar as framing of transfer guidelines as also the direction keeping in abeyance all the transfer orders, is stayed. It is, however, clarified that this order shall not come in the way of the appellant in deciding the representation within the stipulated period, as directed by the learned Single Judge. Whether in a given case transfers are to be kept in abeyance pending consideration of representation, will be a matter of consideration for the transferring authority. We make it clear that the direction of the learned Single Judge to decide the representation within a period of three months stands and has not been stayed. It will be obligatory on the part of the appellant to decide the individual representations, if submitted. A copy of the order be placed in each connected file. List this matter after four weeks along with D.B. Civil Special Appeal (Writ) No. 203/2025.”
