Upon perusal thereof, we are satisfied with the efforts made by the respondents to trace out the corpus.

In our considered view, they made serious efforts to trace the corpus as they have informed all the police stations across the State of Rajasthan in this regard.
Hence, this corpus petition stands disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate with respect to the missing person report for any further relief as may be permissible in law.
