Instant writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner seeking direction to the Court of ld. Additional Civil Judge & Metropolitan Magistrate, No.17, Jaipur Metropolitan Sanganer, in Civil Suit No.27/2023 for early disposal of the application filed under Order 1 Rule 10 r/w Section 151 of C.P.C. for impleading the petitioner as party in the matter.
The plaintiff-respondent filed an application for temporary injunction alongwith suit for permanent injunction, wherein interim injunction was passed in favour of plaintiff on 01.02.2023. The

petitioner filed an application under Order 1 Rule 10 of C.P.C. for impleadment of party through the power-of-attorney holder in the suit on 17.02.2024. The ld. Trial Court is not deciding the said application and giving the dates beyond six months.
Heard. Perused.
Taking into consideration the facts & circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that the said application was filed by the applicant through his power-of-attorney holder on 17.02.2024 and by now about fifteen months have been passed, instead of interfering with the impugned order, this Court disposes of the present writ petition with a direction to the ld. Trial Court to decide the said application, if pending with it, expeditiously in accordance with law.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
