the appointment of petitioner on the post of Aanganwadi worker at Aanganwadi Centre Kunder, Tehsil Uchchain, District Bharatpur.

Counsel for petitioner, pointed out that the order dated 01.04.2024 was also challenged by the petitioner by way of filing Appeal No.09/2024 before the concerned Additional District Collector, Bharatpur. That appeal has been decided on merits vide judgment dated 30.04.2025 and the order impugned dated 01.04.2024 has been quashed. Hence, in view of judgment dated 30.04.2025, petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.6, oppose the prayer of petitioner to allow withdrawal of her writ petition and submits that judgment dated 30.04.2025 is perverse. 4. Taking into consideration the rival submissions of both the parties, this Court deems it just and proper to grant liberty to respondent No.6 to challenge the judgment dated 30.04.2025 passed by the Additional District Collector, Bharatpur in Appeal No.09/2024.

With the aforesaid observation, the instant writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
