Having heard and considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the material available on record, this Court has observed that the amount involved in the matter is approximately Rs. 1.98 lacs; that the order should have been complied with, within a period of 30 days as per award; that the petition is filed after lapse of approximately four months; that ombudsmen procedure is a conclusive

settlement procedure and with the drop of head, litigation should not be initiated.
Taking note of the aforementioned, this Court is inclined to dismiss the present petition with a cost of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), which shall be recovered from the concerned Officer In-charge. Howsoever, it is made clear that on merits, the matter should be not treated as a precedence.
Accordingly, present petition is dismissed with cost. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
