It is informed that respondent No.4 has handed over the possession and the key of the property, which has been developed as an Office of Municipal Corporator to the Municipal Corporation, to the Administrator.

In the circumstances, we hold that the property shall be taken care of and utilized only for the purposes of the Municipal Corporation and its functions to be done for the concerned area.

With the said observations, we close the proceedings and leave it open for the petitioners to move any application, if it is later on noticed that the property is being utilized for any personal purposes.

The proceedings stand closed. The Administrator shall be the final decision making authority to take decisions regarding the use of the said property till new elections and new incumbents take over.
