Vide order dated 07.03.2025, both these matters were

sent to the Mediation Centre to explore the possibility of settlement between the parties.

Pursuant to the aforesaid order, the parties appeared before the Medication Centre, where settlement has arrived between them and it has been agreed by the Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation that they will pay a lump sum amount of Rs.10 Lakhs to the respondent as full and final settlement on or before 19.04.2025.

It is apprised at Bar that it has been settled between the parties that the respondent would not claim any other amount except the award as full and final settlement.

Considering the above factual aspect of the matter and considering the fact that the matter has been settled between the parties before the Mediation Center through settlement, both the instant writ petitions stand disposed of in the light of the same.

The stay applications and all pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
