A limited prayer has been made in this petition for issuing a direction to the Sub Divisional Officer, Sambhar Lake, District Jaipur (for short, ‘the SDO’) to decide the pending suit expeditiously.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the suit is lying pending before the Court of SDO since 2018, so appropriate direction be issued for expeditious disposal of the same.
Considering the aforesaid prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with expectation from the SDO to make all possible endeavours to decide the pending suit expeditiously as early as possible preferably within a period of two and half years.
Stay application and all pending application(s) if any, also stand disposed of.
