In these writ petitions, petitioners raised grievance in respect of granting posting to their respective post in other districts than the priority and vacancies available in the district of their own choice. However, it has been pointed out that during pendency of these writ petitions, petitioners have been relieved and they have

joined at the transferred place of posting, hence petitioners are not interested to pursue these writ petitions and seeks permission to withdraw these writ petitions.

Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents has no objection.

Stay applications and any other pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
