Feeling aggrieved by the order dated 06.02.2023 passed by the Board of Revenue, Ajmer (for short “the Board”), the instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner.

By passing the impugned order dated 06.02.2023, the Board has admitted the revision petition filed by the respondents against the order dated 23.12.2019 passed by Revenue Appellate Authority (RAA).

Perusal of the order dated 06.02.2023 indicates that simply the revision petition has been admitted and notices have been

issued to the petitioner and interim order was passed and the case was posted for the next date i.e. 28.04.2023.

This Court finds no error in the order of admission of the revision petition passed by the Board, hence interference of this Court is not warranted to quash and set-aside the said order.

However, looking to the fact that the revision petition has been admitted in the month of February, 2023, it is expected from the Board to make all possible endeavors to decide the said revision petition expeditiously as early as possible after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the respective parties.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.

Stay application as well as all applications (pending, if any) also stand disposed of.
