The instant writ petition has been filed with the following

prayer:-

“a) By an appropriate writ, order and direction in the nature thereof the respondents may kindly be directed to henceforth provide police aid to the petitioner for constructing boundary wall to protect her khatedari land khasra No. 330, village Bichalwas, Panchayat Bhakri, Tehsil and District Dausa b) Any other relief as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper be also passed in favour of the petitioner.”

By way of filing the instant writ petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction for providing police aid to him for constructing the boundary wall. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

before approaching this court he had approached the SubDivisional Officer Dausa, by way of filing an application seeking police aid and the said application has already been allowed vide order dated 24.02.2025 but despite of above, no police aid has been provided, therefore, necessary directions may be issued.

This court cannot act as an Executing Court for execution/implementation of the orders passed by Sub-Divisional Officer. In case the order passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer has not been complied, by the competent authority concerned, the petitioner may again approach the Sub-Divisional Officer for redressal of his grievance.

The instant writ petition accordingly stands disposed of.
