By means of filing instant writ petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India, petitioner has challenged the final order dated 17.09.2024 passed by the Rajasthan Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Jaipur, whereagainst indisputably, the petitioner has remedy of statutory appeal under Section 44 of Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA) before the Appellate Tribunal.
