These writ petitions are filed seeking a direction to quash the proceedings pending before the learned Industrial Tribunal & Labour Court, Alwar (for brevity “the learned Labour Court”) in LCR Nos.29/2021: Sonu Kumar versus M/s EASA Elevators Pvt. Ltd., 31/2021: Satyaveer versus M/s EASA Elevators Pvt. Ltd. & 30/2021: Sonu Kumar versus M/s EASA Elevators Pvt. Ltd. respectively.

Indisputably, the objections raised by the petitioners in this regard before the learned Labour Court are pending consideration and in view thereof, this Court does not deem it just and proper to preempt the consideration by the learned Labour Court.

Confronted with the aforesaid situation, learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw these writ petitions with a liberty to make a request to the learned Labour Court to decide its objections raised as to maintainability of the claim petitions before proceeding further in the matter.

Accordingly, these writ petitions are dismissed with liberty as aforesaid. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.

It goes without saying that if any such request is made/application is filed, the learned Labour Court is expected to decide it expeditiously in accordance with the law.
