Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Balveer Singh Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.; SB Civil Writ Petition No.2806/2025, decided on 25th February, 2025 (Annexure – 3) and upon the ratio encapsulated in Ajay Kumar Choudhary Vs. Union of India (UOI) & Ors. reported in (2015) 7 SCC 291 .
On directions of this Court, learned Additional Advocate General – Mr. Bhuvnesh Sharma is appearing on behalf of the respondents, thus notices need not to be issued.

Learned counsel for the respondents have fairly conceded the averments leveled by the counsel representing the petitioner. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of in terms of the directions enunciated in the judgment of Balveer Singh (supra) . For the sake of reference, the relevant part of the aforerelied judgment is quoted herein below:
“Considering the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the competent authority/respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass a speaking order, strictly in accordance with law and as per the ratio encapsulated in Ajay Kumar Choudhary (supra) within a period of 30 days from the passing of this order.”
Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
