By means of filing instant writ petition under Article 226/ 227 of the Constitution of India, challenge has been made by the petitioner to the order dated 23.01.2025 passed by the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur (for short “the Tribunal”), dismissing her Appeal No.113/2025 and affirming the transfer order dated 06.12.2024, transferring the petitioner, as Teacher Gr. III Level I, from Mahatama Gandhi Government School, Todiyar, Umren, District Alwar to Government Senior Secondary School, Akbarpur, Umren, District Alwar.

Having heard counsel for petitioner and from perusal of record, this Court finds that the Tribunal has considered the case of petitioner on merits and has dismissed the appeal of petitioner vide order dated 23.01.2025 and same does not suffer from any malafide or illegality.

In such view of matter, counsel for petitioner, on instructions of petitioner, does not want to pursue the writ petition on merits and seeks permission to withdraw the same.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
