Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court directs the respondents to carry forward the requisites as per the dictum of Dr. Amit Soni (Supra) and release the documents/credentials/certificates/mark-sheets of petitioner on undertaking.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
