Learned counsel for the petitioner-company submits that vide order dated 12.02.2025, drug which is being manufactured by the petitioner-company has been debarred for one year from the date of order. He submits that against the said order, petitioner-company preferred an appeal under clause 8 of the Guidelines for blacklisting/debarring of product or supplier/company as per Annexure-IX of the bid document. It is submitted that appeal was presented on 17.02.2025, but till date

no decision has been taken in appeal preferred by the petitionercompany therefore, serious prejudice is being caused.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it just and proper to dispose of this writ petition with the directions to the appellate authority to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner-company expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition stands disposed of.
