An Interlocutory Application (No.1/2025) has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for withdrawal the writ petition. It is averred in the interlocutory application that the petitioner opted to participate and avail benefit of Amnesty Scheme and accordingly made payment on 30.12.2019. The petitioner had paid a consolidated amount of Rs.74,21,621/-to the Jaipur Municipal Corporation towards House Tax and Urban Development Tax. It is also averred that petitioner’s application dated 31.12.2019 seeking adjustment of the additional amount, if any, deposited by the petitioner, against demand raised in respect of petitioner’s other property in the city has been acknowledged by Deputy Commissioner, Jaipur, Municipal Corporation. Learned counsel, thus prays that the instant application may be accepted and in view of the assurance given by Corporation, he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition.
