Counsel for the respondents submitted that vide order dated 15.07.2024 issued by Ayuktalya, College Education, Rajasthan, Jaipur, qua OPJS University, Churu, all candidates were directed to submit their documents with the respondents, and until compliance therewith such candidates were not invited to be part of the faculty, as a policy decision. Learned counsel for respondent has submitted that vide order dated 15.07.2024 issued by Ayuktalya, College Education, Rajasthan, Jaipur, qua OPJS University, Churu all the candidates were directed to submit their documents with the respondents at the earliest and until the said direction is complied with, the said

candidates were not invited to be a part of the faculty, as a policy decision.

After considering the arguments put forth by respective parties, the instant petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner be provisionally permitted to appear in the selection process, and her candidature will remain subject to verification and outcome of the document verification. It is made clear that no rights will be reserved for provisional participation in the document verification process, and the direction noted hereinabove shall not create a vested right qua the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with the aforementioned directions. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
