Civil Writ Petitions (Nos. 2663, 2664, 2667, 2684 and 2687 of 2025) filed by Feeroz Khan, Manish Kumar Mouray, Ajay Sharma, Rama Dutt and Hemraj Bairwa against the State of Rajasthan (School Education Department), the Director, Secondary Education, Bikaner, and district-level education officers and school principals. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitions could be disposed of with liberty to file a representation in light of Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.
