Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his representation/ application dated 14.12.2012 (annexure-4) is yet not decided by the competent authority.
In the light of the judgment encapsulated in Pawan Meena vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. reported in (SBCWP No. 1665/2024; Neutral Citation: 2024:RJ-JP:5792) , this Court directs that the representation/ application dated 14.12.2012 be adjudicated, promptly.
Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed.
