By way of this writ petition, the petitioner seeks indulgence of this court to give direction to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of the civil appeal No. 38/2019 pending before Additional District and Sessions Judge No. 3, Kota.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and more particularly in view of the fact that the appeal was filed in the year 2019 and therefrom more than 5 years have been passed, so, the present writ petition is disposed of with direction to the appellate Court to decide the appeal, if pending before it as expeditiously, in accordance with law.
