Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that instant matter is squarely covered by the judgment dated 02.09.2024 passed by Coordinate Bench of the Court at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in SBCWP No. 2961/2016 titled as Vijay Kumar Joshi

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that instant matter can be disposed of with the liberty to file a representation in light of Vijay Kumar Joshi (Supra) , within a period of seven days.
