Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that this writ petition, filed seeking a direction to it to declare the result of the petitioner of M.Phil Chemistry Examination-2018, is rendered infructuous inasmuch as the same has been declared.
None for the petitioner to rebut the aforesaid statement.
Taking into consideration the contention advanced by the learned counsel for the respondent No.1, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
The petitioner is at liberty to get it revived if his grievance survives.
