Instant writ petition is preferred by petitioners with following

“It is, therefore, humbly and most respectfully prayed that your lordships may very graciously be pleased to admit and allow this Civil Writ Petition and further;

By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents be directed to allow the Petitioner in the counseling process and if the petitioner find place in merit then consider him for appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher Level 1 in pursuance of advertisement dated 15.01.2023 with all

consequential benefits. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the condition No. 10.1 of the

advertisement dated 15.01.2023 with regard to educational qualification for Assistant Teacher Level 1 may kindly be quashed and set aside and further respondents be directed to consider the qualifications of petitioner as requisite for the post of Assistant Teacher Level 1. Any other order or direction as this Hon'ble High Court may deem fair, just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may be passed in favour of the Petitioner.”

Learned counsel for petitioner while referring and relying upon judgment dated 07.10.2025 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 9147/2023 titled as “Rajeev Kumar Gurjar Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. and connected matters submits that the controversy and the issue raised herein is already settled by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. He further submitted that instant writ petition be disposed of in accordance with aforesaid order.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for petitioner and also material placed on record, the writ petition is disposed of in light of judgment in case of Sudarshan Jangid Vs. State of Rajasthan and Anr. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10548/2023 and in case of Pratap Ram Vs. State of Rajasthan & Anr. S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 12131/2023 and other connected matters. The ratio laid down in case of Sudarshan Jangid (supra) and Pratap Ram (supra) is applicable in the instant case, unless on examination by respondents there is veracity of facts.
