Learned counsel for the petitioner has made innocuous prayer in the writ petition to the effect that Civil Suit No.94/2007, titled as 'Anil Singhal Memorial Trust & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan

& Ors.' filed for declaration and permanent injunction has been pending since 2007 before the learned Civil Judge, Chomu, Jaipur, therefore, the suit may be ordered to be decided as early as possible.

Considering the same, this Court deems it appropriate to direct the learned Trial Court to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible.

With the aforesaid observations, the present Civil Writ Petition stands disposed of.
