Heard on application (IA No.1/2025) for amendment in the cause title.

Since there is an allegation that private respondent Nos. 5 &

6 have encroached upon pasture lands of the prescription as given

in the petition i.e. Khasra No.1188/367 situated at Revenue

Village Rondkala, Tehsil and District Karauli and petitioner claims to have submitted representations, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending but dispose of the same with the direction to Tehsildar to draw appropriate proceedings subject to the condition that the petitioner submits a proper application under Section 91 of the Land Revenue Act, 1956 before Tehsildar, Tehsil Karauli within a period of one month from today. The Tehsildar shall verify the complaint and if prima facie complaint appears to be proper, the Tehsildar shall proceed to issue notice to those who are alleged to be encroachers, for which they may also be heard and then passed such order, as may be considered necessary in accordance with law.
