Without joining the issue on merits, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Court while granting permission to lead secondary evidence, has not only permitted to lead secondary evidence but also proceeded to read the document for a collateral

purpose, although the proceedings have not yet reached that stage.

Learned counsel further submits that he would be satisfied if the document is read in secondary evidence, but leaving it open to the Court to decide the extent to which the document may be read, whether for a collateral purpose or any other purpose.

Considering the same, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the observation that the documents which have been permitted by the learned trial Court to be read through secondary evidence shall be subject to assessment at the stage of final hearing.

With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of.
