The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:-

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition, and:-

i. An appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature therein there by respondents may kindly be directed to conduct election of Kishan Truck Union Institution, Hinduan City, District Karauli (Raj.) with immediate effect in the large interest of justice.

ii. Respondents may kindly be directed not taken any prejudice action against the petitioner on account of filing this writ petition.

iii. issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, just and

proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the Petitioner.

iv. Cost of the writ petition be also awarded in favour of the Petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition be disposed of at this stage, with a direction to the petitioner to submit representation before the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and also, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 be directed to decide the said representation within a time bound manner.

Considering the limited prayer made on behalf of the petitioner, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to submit representation before the respondent Nos.1 and 2 within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Furthermore, the respondent Nos.1 and 2 are directed to decide the said representation, if any submitted by the petitioner, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of the said representation.

Stay application and any other pending applications, also stand disposed of.
