Instant writ petition is preferred by petitioner with following

“i. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents be directed to allow the Petitioner in the counseling process and if the petitioner find place in merit then consider him for appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher Level 2 in pursuance of advertisement dated 15.01.2023 with all consequential benefits.

ii. By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the condition No. 10.1 of the advertisement dated 15.01.2023 with regard to educational qualification for Assistant Teacher Level 2 may kindly be quashed and set aside and further respondents be directed to consider the qualifications of petitioner as requisite for the post of Assistant Teacher Level 2 English.”

Learned counsel for petitioner while referring and relying upon judgment dated 08.09.2025 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8348/2023 (Neelam Kumari & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.) submits that the controversy and the issue raised herein has already been settled by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, at Principal Seat, Jodhpur in case of Sudarshan Jangid Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10548/2023) and Pratap Ram Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 12131/2023). He further submitted that instant writ petition be disposed of in accordance with aforesaid judgments.

Mr. Manoj Sharma, AAG accepts notice. He has no objection in disposal of writ petition.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for parties and also material placed on record, the writ petition is disposed of on same terms, if applicable in light of ratio laid down in case of Sudarshan Jangid (supra) and Pratap Ram (supra) and followed in case of Neelam Kumari (supra) and S.B. C.W. Petition No. 16071/2025 (Uma Nagar) by this Court.
