Instant writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner with following prayers:

The impugned order dated 09.09.2025 (Annexure-2) passed by the learned Tribunal may kindly be quashed and set aside and accordingly the order of suspension dated 15.12.2023 (Annexure-1) may kindly be quashed and set aside as prayed in the appeal by the humble petitioner, in the interest of justice.

Any other appropriate order, which may be found just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, be passed in favour of the petitioner.

Considered submissions of learned counsel for parties.

Learned counsel for respondent(s) submits that initially petitioner was placed under suspension vide order dated 15.12.2023 but after intervention by Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur, the suspension order was revoked and petitioner was reinstated and she is now working with the respondent(s). Learned counsel for petitioner submits that after recording the statement the writ petition may be disposed of.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for parties, it is apparent on record that the petitioner was placed under suspension vide order dated 15.12.2023 (Annexure-1) and thereafter, same was challenged by the petitioner before the Tribunal by filing appeal no. 3350/2023 and on the basis of interim order the petitioner was reinstated. The interim order was vacated by the Tribunal on 09.09.2025 after dismissal of appeal now the petitioner is before this Court.

Since, the petitioner is working as on today after reinstatement, therefore, it is appropriate to dispose of the writ petition with direction to the respondent(s) that if any prejudical action is taken against the petitioner then a notice of two weeks’ be served upon her.

Writ petition along with all pending application(s) stands disposed of.
