In the present bunch of petitions, petitioners have challenged the notice dated 08.09.2025, whereby the respondent directed to remove/demolish the house of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that without affording any opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, respondent have directed to remove/demolish the petitioner's house. It is submitted that the petitioners were having electricity connections and are living on the property in question from a long period.

Learned counsel for the respondent Mr. V.D. Gathala has submitted that the actions are carried out in light of the NGT letter dated 22.09.2025 issued by Tehsildar, Gudhagodji, District Jhunjhunu.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the present bunch of petitions with a direction that the petitioners and alike persons can mark their presence on 28.10.2025 at 11:00 am before the Tehsildar who has issued notice under Section 91 of Rajasthan Land Revenue Act. Tehsildar is directed to pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, after considering the facts. Till passing of orders by the concerned Tehsildar, status quo , as on date, be maintained qua the petitioners.

In light of the above, these petitions are disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
