Learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to refute that the provisions of the RTPP Act are applicable and that an alternate efficacious remedy is available as under the appellate mechanism.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondents to dispose of the appeal, if preferred by the petitioner, within a period of seven days expeditiously, ensuring that the petitioner's rights on merits are not affected.
