By way of filing of this writ petition, a prayer has been made for issuing direction to the respondents to pay him subsistence allowance for the suspension period.

The reply to the writ petition indicates that a criminal case was lodged against the petitioner on the basis of the same, the petitioner was placed under suspension vide order dated 26.10.2012 and the suspension order was revoked vide order dated 18.08.2014, the subsistence allowance for this intervening period, i.e., Rs.3,72,456/- has already been paid to the petitioner vide Payment Bill No.105622 dated 14.03.2015, hence, under the
