The instant writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:-

“It is, therefore, humbly prayed that Your Lordships may graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition by calling the entire record an after perusal of the same;

(i) by appropriate writ order or direction, direct the respondents to sanction seat matrix for the affiliated units/trade as per the affiliation letter and further direct to the respondents to allow the petitioner institute to access tto the NCVT MIS Portal for the online admission vide notification dated 0.04.2025 for academic session 202526/27 in the affiliated trades of the petitioner institute and petitioner institute may kindly be included in seat matrix.

(ii) Direct the respondents to access portal and not to interrupt in the forthcoming process of the petitioner institute and students associate with the institute;

(iii) Any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be given in favour of the petitioner.”

By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction against the respondents to sanction the seat matrix for affiliated units/ trade to the petitioner for granting admission to the students for ITI for academic session 2025-26/27.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the showcause notice was issued to the petitioner by the respondents on 03.01.2025, the petitioner submitted reply to the aforesaid notice on the next date, i.e., 21.01.2025. Counsel submits that till date, no decision has been taken by the respondents for grant of recognition to the petitioner for the reasons best known to them. Counsel submits that very soon the process of councelling is going to start for admission of students in ITI Course, hence, under these circumstances, interference of this Court is warranted.

Per contra , learned counsel for the respondents opposes the arguments raised by counsel for the petitioner and submits that a joint inspection is required to be conducted in this regard.

It has been apprised to this Court that the similar identical writ petitions with regard to the same prayer has been disposed of by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Sh. Radhe Rani Pvt. Iti & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 9792/2025 decided on 30.07.2025 & Sarswati Private Industrial Training Institute & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors. while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 10658/2025 and another connected matter decided on 28.07.2025, whereby a liberty has been granted to them to file a representation before the respondent-Authorities and has been directed to decide the same expeditiously within a time frame in accordance with law.

Considering the above, the instant writ petition also stands disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit a detailed and comprehensive application/ representation before the respondent-Authorities. In case, such application/ representation is submitted by the petitioner within a period of three days from today, it is expected from the respondent-Authorities to decide the said application/ representation as early as possible, preferably within a period of one week thereafter.

Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
