By way of filing of the instant writ petition, a prayer has been made for declaration of the revised result dated 30.09.2014 as illegal and further prayer has been made for issuing directions to the respondents not to terminate the services of the petitioner, in the light of the above revised result.

No one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

At the outset, learned counsel for the respondent-State has apprised this Court that the result for the post of Teacher Grade-

III was revised in the light of the orders dated 20.09.2011, 10.04.2013 & 27.05.2014 passed by this Court in various writ petitions bearing Nos.3414/2009 & 5207/2013 and Contempt Petition No.611/2013. Counsel submits that after the revised result, 182 candidates including the petitioner were released, as the petitioner and the similarly situated candidates failed to secure the revised cut off marks, in the said reshuffled result. Counsel submits that under these circumstances, the petitioner is not entitled to get any relief.

Heard and considered the submissions made at Bar and perused the material available on the record. 5. Considering the arguments put forward by counsel for the respondent-State and looking to the fact that the revised result dated 30.09.2014 has been placed on record before this Court by the respondents, in pursuance of various orders passed by this Court and the petitioner lost his place in the order of merit as well as he has failed to secure the cut off marks of his category, the petitioner is not entitled to get any relief. This instant writ petition is found to be devoid of merit and substance and, accordingly, the same is hereby rejected.

Stay application as well as all pending application(s), if any, also stand dismissed.
